SCIENCE COUNCIL 

Science Council was established by decision of the Director.

The composition of Science Council includes:

+ Chairman of the Board

+ Vice-Chairman of the Board

+ Secretary

+ Members

Science Council of the Institute includes professors, associate professors, doctor, masters domestic and foreign, have many years of experience in operations management and teaching at the Institutes and the Universities in the country.

Science Council is responsible:

- Build and modify the rules and regulations regarding science and technology, recruits lecturers, researchers, staffs;

- Plan to develop lecturers and researcher;

- Orient for development of science and technology, plan activities science and technology, perform assigned tasks and training, science and technology;

- Assess the management and operation of science and technology each department;

- Assess the quality for scientific of projects, and research projects of Institute;

- Recommend to reward outstanding scientific work under the jurisdiction of the Institute;

- Other duties as required by the Director.
