BIDDING OPERATIONS

Based on Decree No. 85/2009/ND-CP 15/10/2009 guiding the implementation of the Bidding Law and the selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law "The individuals directly involved in bidding activities must have  the certification training and fostering of  bidding. "Song Hanh Institute of Business Administration organizes the bidding  training program in according with the applicable laws.

Participants:

Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planning Department staff, Accounting department, Procurement specialists, and other individuals have needs.

Method: discussing the practical situation exercises.

A. Basic Contents:

Topic 2: The forms of bidding

Topic 3: Contracts

Topic 4: Plan for bidding

Topic 5: Preselect  the contractors

Topic 6: The process of the extensive and limited bidding for consultancy services package

Topic 7: The process of the extensive and limited bidding for procurement of goods and construction package

TIME SCHEDULE

- Duration: The course takes place in 01 month, 03 sessions/week

- Hours: 3 hours/session (including 15 minutes  break time)

- Evening: from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

The course will be held at SIB's headoffice.
