Dr. Le Quang Thiet
Dr. Le Quang Thiet is a seasoned professional and academic in Business Administration and Construction Project Management, with extensive experience spanning across Vietnam and international organizations. He obtained his Doctorate in Business Administration in 2013 (Philippines), MBA in 2003 (United Kingdom), Bachelor’s in Engineering Management (2002, Netherlands), and holds a foundational degree in Construction Engineering from Vietnam.
Dr. Thiet has held various key leadership and consulting roles such as Project Director, Chief Consultant, and Coordinator for major international and local infrastructure and environmental projects. His professional engagements include working with BTL International Consulting Corporation, CCU Consulting Company (affiliated with the University of Civil Engineering), and FELS Construction Techniques – a member of Keppel Corporation (Singapore).
He has also contributed to World Bank-funded projects, notably in developing training materials on the operation and maintenance of rural infrastructure. His work is highly valued in both technical consultancy and training roles related to infrastructure development, risk assessment, and sustainability in construction.
