Dr. Nguyen Thanh Vu
Dr. Nguyen Thanh Vu is currently the Chief Accountant at the Tien Giang Industrial Zones Infrastructure Development Company and a visiting lecturer at Tien Giang University since 2009. With a strong background in business administration and accounting, he has over 20 years of professional and academic experience.
He obtained his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in 2016, focusing his dissertation on factors influencing human resource development in garment enterprises in Tien Giang province. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in General Accounting from Can Tho University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English.
Dr. Vu has participated in various scientific research projects and has published numerous papers in reputable academic journals. His notable works include studies on human resource development, investment attraction in industrial parks, and employee motivation within industrial and manufacturing enterprises.
Combining academic insight with practical experience, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Vu is a well-respected expert in the fields of human resource development, industrial management, and business consulting, especially within the Mekong Delta region.
