Dr. Hoang Mai Hoa
Dr. Hoang Mai Hoa is a seasoned lecturer and senior trainer in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, and Soft Skills. She brings over 17 years of working experience in senior HR management roles at global corporations and as a consultant for local firms, combined with strong academic qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Ifugao University, Philippines), an MBA (Bolton University, UK), and several international certifications in Accounting, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management (ITC Switzerland / UNCTAD / WTO).
She has held HR leadership positions at top international companies such as Baker Hughes (USA) – the world’s third-largest oil & gas corporation, Imperial Tobacco (UK), IL JUNG Vina, and Camptown Vina (Korea). Since 2012, she has also contributed as a Master Trainer for Baker Hughes’ Asia-Pacific region.
Dr. Hoa is widely recognized for her inspirational and participant-centered teaching style, using modern adult learning methodologies and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. Her approach focuses on enhancing self-awareness and fostering behavioral change from the inside out.
