TRAINING CHIEF OF ACCOUNTANT ACCORDING TO REGULATIONS FROM THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

INTRODUCTION

Training accounting in general and fostering chief of accounting in particular is always important , useful , regular , long-term and necessary for the accounting profession as well as the human resources of the economy, contribute to conform to  Vietnam Accounting Law and  to ensure the legality of business activities of enterprises.

Chief of Accountant is responsible for all accounting field as financial accounting , management accounting , general accounting , accounting detail.

Persons are appointed Chief of accounting  must undergo this course and are certified FOSTERING CHIEF OF  ACCOUNTING  in accordance with the Ministry of Finance.

TARGET COURSE

Consolidates knowledge of economic law , tax law and tax reporting.

Updates adjustments and supplements in Vietnam accounting system.

Updates changes in the  Accounting Law and roles of accountants who work in a business or an organization.

Understand the operations of a business from a financial perspective, the starting point is the financial statements. Scientific nature of accounting systems and accounting processes.

Understand the nature , purpose , content , scope and types of audit tasks and audit content : internal audit , external audit and state audit.

Analysis of the financial structure, financial risk and financial forecasting short- term and long -term of business.

Analysis of the cost structure, business risk and forecast costs of the business.

Business planning , capital and budget planning  of the business.

Mastering the discounted cash flow technique and its application in the evaluation of investment projects.

STUDY DURATION

- Length: last 01 month, 03 sessions /week

- Hours: 3 hours/session (including 20 minutes time-break )

- Evening: from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm 

VENUE

The course will be held at SIB's headoffice.
