PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION DIRECTOR - PPD

INTRODUCTION

Professional Production Director is responsible for ensuring the production activities take place smoothly, on schedule and to meet the best requirements of product quality.

Applying advanced teaching model, we hope to equip learners the effective management methods and to be ability to make the optimal and specific solution, accordance with the conditions of each enterprise in various fields. To minimize waste, reduce production costs, improve the  competition efficiency for enterprises.

With the urgent demand in the current period, Song Hanh Institute of Business Administration  organized  the training programs Professional Production Director-PPD with a desire to bring a professional, science and modern management method.

TARGET

PPD course has  entire reality,  including  methods, tools and production management skill  with specific targets that each Production Manager needs as follow:

• Enhancing the management capacity and operating all activities of  factory
• Building and maintaining the production capacity.
• Ensuring product quality in accordance with technical standards.
• Ensuring production plan is punctual
• Optimizing production lines, reducing non-productive time
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure & maintain human resource. Measuring effective work, acknowledge, reward and discipline everybody. Providing technical training program, soft skills for supervisors.
• The new methods of production and production management are amended, improved, updated.
• Controlling inventories.
• Optimizing the use of machinery, materials and manpower to minimize losses because of improper use of resources.
• Improving the employee management skill, employee motivation skill.

TIME SCHEDULE

- Duration: The PPD course takes place in 03 months, 03 sessions/week

- Hours: 3 hours/session (including 15 minutes  break time)

- Evening: from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

VENUE

The course will be held at SIB's headoffice.
