ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

INTRODUCTION

Culture is a very wide category which contains the Organizational Culture. There are many factors that make up the success of an organization, an enterprise in the trend of the integration of regional economies and in the world today, it is mistake if we do not recognize the cultural factors of enterprise are motivation, spirit strength for the enterprise, one of base factors to the enterprise is able to develop stably in the  fierce competition.

Organizational culture is the intangible assets of each business, companion with the development of market economy, the building of Organizational culture is an essential work but also difficulties.

Each enterprise will have different nature and different standards of behavior , therefore will have different cultures. No enterprise  have no  culture. Likewise, there is no so-called good culture, bad culture that only  appropriate or inappropriate culture; it contributes to impulse or brake, pull back enterprise.

COURSE TARGET

After completing this course , learners will be able to:

- Understand deeply about "organizational culture", as well as the difference between the  "organizational culture" with all kinds of other cultures as, "national culture" , "cultural business " / "entrepreneurial culture", "leadership cultural", "personal culture", "family culture",  " professional culture", "industries culture", "socio-cultural" ... ;

- Master how to build "a strong and fit culture"  for your company;

- Improve the efficiency in the management and administration of the company in order to create sustainable development in the  future.

TEACHING METHODS

 To provide background knowledge about the concepts and key tools for students

To apply the concepts in many different situations.

The main content will be presented in PowerPoint  both English and Vietnamese.

To sse priority  the presentation method, discuss and solve case studies.

TIME SCHEDULE

- Length: last 01 month, 03 sessions /week

- Hours: 3 hours/session (including 20 minutes time-break )

- Evening: from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

The course will be held at SIB’s headoffice.
