BUILDING MANAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION

Building Management, including office buildings, commercial area, condominiums, and real estate  in general is new sector in Vietnam, most management professionals  are trained through their work, so there is not a scientific process also a management system for professional services.

In developed countries, the building management is a specialized field, a profession  in order to ensure the scientific quality of a building services from hardware such as structure, architecture, fire protection systems, elevators, electric, water, utilities such as sanitation, trees, pools, parks and other value-added services.

To meet the increasing demand, Song Hanh Institute of Business Administration honor to introduce to learners the training program  "building management" with the goal of helping managers equip, consolidate the knowledge, skills and methods of building management in a scientific way to achieve the effective purpose, high utilization rate, the cost of operation and maintenance are saving but still stable.

TIME SCHEDULE

- Length: last 01 month, 03 sessions/week

- Hours: 3 hours/session (including 20 minutes time-break)

- Evening: from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm 

VENUE

The course will be held at SIB’s headoffice.
